If McDaniels passes on Indy for TN, is that another Ballard whiff?

but which job would u take…

playoff team with good lines, a 24 year old QB and a GM u know well?

or a bad, rebuilding team with a QB with a very questionable shoulder and a mercurial owner?

far as Ballard goes, i'm going to have the last laugh as usual :D

Only because you'll ignore your previous positions.

Like Michael Floyd being better than Alshon.....or 0 TD and 40 INT not mattering in terms of evaluating a QB....or Big Ben not having talent around him.....etc. etc.

Or do you just mean laughing because suckers around here respond to you?

If so - point Gib

If Gibs boy BADard misses out on another HC candidate..WOW. That, coupled with his teams drastic decline after his first offseason, has really got to make ya wonder how long he'll last in Indy. Typically the toughest part of a GMs job is getting the QB position right and he was fortunate to have Luck gifted to him..That can't hurt overcoming is lackluster start.

Ballard is only "gifted"... in a good position IF Luck's shoulder heals so he can throw effectively downfield…otherwise, he has a TOTAL rebuild…it's a rebuild even if Luck comes back well

that's why he was hired…not to retool, to rebuild….the Colts had gotten old and didn't have many good young players on both sides of the ball…a similar situation that Pace had in 2015

his "lackluster" start was due to NOT having Luck play a single down and having a shitty team that he didn't build

for the Bears. very few players remain from the Emery years…even this year, there will probably be nearly 20 new players—mostly replacing players Pace brought in

Ballard can't turn the roster over in one year…it takes a few years

if Luck comes back well, and they get out of the basement, will u just say any team success is due to Luck not Ballard?…if Luck is shot, it's only fair that u give him at least 3 lousy seasons before u pop off about Ballard bc that's what you've given Pace

Crazy, how often do you see a coach get into the playoffs (win a game no less), then be out?

Until you watched the Titans and how they were coached on offense--horrible. I watch every Titans game and I'm not surprised at all. In fact, I'm relieved.
